Le innovative politiche di sicurezza elaborate a livello internazionale ed europeo interessano particolarmente il mercato del trasporto e si muovono già nella direzione dell'integrazione, dal punto di vista normativo, delle diverse modalità di trasporto, e relative infrastrutturazioni, oggetto di una disciplina giuridica che persegue l'obiettivo comune dello sviluppo sostenibile, nuova frontiera della sicurezza, che include anche la safety e la security. Questo percorso formativo è orientato alla formazione di specialisti in sicurezza e sviluppo sostenibile dei sistemi integrati infrastrutture e trasporti, con competenze tanto giuridiche ed economico-manageriali, quanto ingegneristiche in materia di trasporto, territorio e ambiente. Si ritiene, infatti, che, integrando studi giuridici, tecnico-economici, ecologici e ingegneristici, i partecipanti potranno acquisire una preparazione interdisciplinare, necessaria a rispondere alle richieste provenienti dal mercato globale.

The innovative security policies developed at the international and European levels particularly concern the transport market and are already moving toward the integration, from a regulatory point of view, of different modes of transportation and their associated infrastructures, governed by a legal discipline that pursues the common goal of sustainable development, a new frontier of security, which also includes safety and security. The noticeable lack of specialized professionals in this sector, mainly found in southern European countries, has prompted the Department of Law and the CUST Euromed, to propose the organization of this training course, aimed at training specialists in safety and sustainable development of integrated infrastructure and transport systems, with both legal and economic-managerial skills, as well as engineering in the fields of transportation, territory, and environment. It is believed that, by integrating legal, technical-economic, ecological, and engineering studies, participants will acquire an interdisciplinary preparation necessary to respond to the demands of the global market.
