The undersigned Mancuso Filadelfio, single, born in Turin on 21-09-1980, resides in Spadafora (ME), Via Carrara, 34. On 22-07-2003 he obtains his Degree in Law, University of Messina, evaluation 110 summa cum laude, discussing the treatise of Business Law â�?�?Le Societ�?  tra Professionistiâ�?, supervisor Prof. F. Guerrera. He passed the examination of habilitation for the exercise of the advocacy and he enrolled at the Bar of Messina on 24-01-2007, transiting then in the Special List of University Professors. He benefitted, in 2004, of a Scholarship given by the Bonino â�?�? Pulejo Foundation of Messina, at the University of Salerno, tutor Prof. R. Rosapepe - topic â�?�?Societ�?  tra Avvocatiâ�?. On 18-06-2011 he was admitted as an associate of AIDA Italy - sect. Calabria and nominated member of Board of Directors. From 2004 he has been collaborating with the Professorships of Business of the Departments of Law, â�?�?SEAMâ�?, Juridical sciences, University of Messina. On 24-01-2009 he obtained the title of Ph.D. in Business Law, University of Catania, XX Cycle, thesis â�?�?Le azioni correlateâ�?, tutor Prof. P.M. Sanfilippo. The undersigned is Assistant Professor of Business Law, Department of Law - University of Messina from 31-01-2011. He is professor of Business and Bankruptcy Law in the Degree Courses in Judiciary Operator and of Public Administrations, Department of Law - University of Messina, and of Business Law I in the Degree Law Course of the same Department at Priolo Gargallo (SR). He is temporary professor of Business Law - advanced course in the Degree Course of Economics - Curriculum Law and Economics, â�?�?SEAMâ�? Department, University of Messina. From 18-08-2011 to 17-10-2011 he was Senior Visiting Scholar, at â�?�?Boalt Hallâ�? School of Law - UC Berkeley, sponsor Prof. R.M. Buxbaum. He is Senate member of the University of Messina, delegate of Assistant Professors, 2012-2014. He has an excellent knowledge of English and German languages.
